THE APPROACH
The Autism Optimization Program™ is a year-long, provider-directed wellness framework that brings advanced wellness testing, structured supplementation recommendations, and ongoing provider guidance together into a single, coordinated approach.
Rather than a single intervention or a series of isolated visits, the program is designed as a layered wellness experience. Testing informs personalized recommendations, and providers guide the timing and progression of each phase based on individual goals and ongoing assessments.
WHAT A YEAR LOOKS LIKE
The journey begins with a complimentary consultation to determine whether the program is the right fit and to walk through the program structure.
From there, an at-home wellness testing kit is shipped directly to your home for self-collection. Approximately three to four weeks later, you'll meet virtually with your provider to review the findings and receive personalized wellness recommendations tailored to your results.
Over the next twelve months, the plan progresses through four structured phases. Each phase builds on the one before it and includes scheduled provider follow-up appointments to review progress, answer questions, and adjust recommendations as appropriate.
The program concludes with a twelve-month review, where your provider evaluates the year's progress and discusses ongoing wellness recommendations and next steps.
