Mindset+Worthiness - Beauty Culture MedSpa

Mindset+Worthiness

On this episode of Curated Beauty we’re talking about mindset, worthiness, and why you can achieve anything and unlock your potential when you understand why these two aspects are so important. The perfect example is professional athletes. Consider how many of them have inspired others just by showing who they could become.

Take Priest Holmes, for example. He has had so many setbacks in his NFL career, even going undrafted. He was recruited based on his character, not only on what he accomplished. It all came down to his attitude and his motivation to be great. Eventually, he became the king of fantasy football. Compare that to when no one was interested in him at all.

If you’ve started a business and you’re taking off running, you might be able to relate to that feeling of being perceived as coming out of nowhere. Mindset and worthiness, these two concepts that are so intertwined, influence how we feel about ourselves. In turn, they also influence how we teach the world to view us.

When you have the right mindset, you acknowledge that life is happening for you as opposed to happening to you. When you recognize your worthiness, you believe in your worth of receiving love and joy. For many people, this is damaged when you are a child. When you feel unworthy, you hold back and settle for less.

It’s essential to cultivate a growth mindset and worthiness to achieve your growth potential and lead a fulfilling life. Embrace challenges and setbacks. Believe in your abilities and talents. Surround yourself with positive and supportive people. Practice self-care and self-compassion. Focus on your strengths rather than your shortcomings. These are the keys to achieving your dreams.
